I don't really like political thrillers but I must admit that this book didn't disappoint me. The cover is beautifully designed but the first thing that caught my attention was the title. The story starts off with Ashraf Zain, a professor and an outsider who joined Bihar politics and rose the ladder pretty quickly. He was found dead soon in a road accident. Senior CBI inspector, Yohan Tytler and his team gets involved with the investigation but then another death takes place. Are these really accidents or murders? Will the the real reasons behind these deaths be uncovered? Read on to find out. This book is a perfect blend of suspense, mystery, thrill and political blame-game. The story gives a good picture of the dark face of politics and also reflects some grave social issues. The plot is carefully woven. The suspense element kept me glued to the story till the end.
Overall it's a good book! A must read for all thriller-lovers.
