Customer Review

Good thing: Story which the author wants to tell.

Bad thing: The story which the author really tells.

After enjoying the Shiva trilogy and Asuras in this genre, I have been disappointing, first by "The scion of Ikshvaku" and now by this book. What was the author writing? A comic book?

This book would have been great, had it been presented as a comic book, not as a full fledged novel. The author makes the content even more pretentious by letting the ordinary humans do extraordinary things. I was impressed by the way he tried to connect all parallel stories but would prefer to read a summary of the book than the whole book.
