The item is good, but packed in the original carton without any protection. The first item, I had to return because it had a physical damage most probably caused during transit. It was not working either. They promptly sent another piece which thankfully is working.
I had an old one bought for Rs 400/- and worked for a long time though lighter in weight. This one is heavy and costs Rs 999/- which is not cheap. Lets see if this Indian make lasts for long.
