Got a well compressed block of Coco Peat (Coir dust) that is easy to handle and store. I am trying to follow the guideline to mix 1:1:1 ratio of peat, soil and manure/compost. I take a few chunks of it into a pot/bag, pour water over it and let it absorb and expand and then mix soil that already has manure in it (bought from the local nurseries). I do this in 2 or 3 layers so that it is easy to mix within the pot/bag and then it is ready for seeding/planting. One block should be more than enough to fill 10 poly bags of 12'x12' size, if soil and manure/compost is also mixed in.
