Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.

To cancel items, go to

To cancel items that aren't dispatched yet:

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Select the item and click Cancel items

Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made. Know more about refund processing timelines from here.

If your order is already dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse it.

If your order is shipped directly by the Seller and not by Amazon: Please contact the seller to request cancellation. Know more about Contacting Third-Party Sellers.

If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it. For more information, please check our Returns FAQs.
