Leadership is not a rank, it is a responsibility. Leadership is not about being in charge, it is about taking care of those in your charge.
When we take care of our people, our people will take care of us. They will help see that our cause becomes a reality.
In Leaders Eat Last, Simon Sinek, internationally bestselling author of Start With Why, investigates these great leaders from Marine Corps Officers, who don't just sacrifice their place at the table but often their own comfort and even their lives for those in their care, to the heads of big business and government - each putting aside their own interests to protect their teams.

The New York Times-bestselling author of Start With Why, Leaders Eat Last, and Together Is Better offers a bold new approach to business strategy by asking one question: are you playing the finite game or the infinite game?
In The Infinite Game, Sinek applies game theory to explore how great businesses achieve long-lasting success. He finds that building long-term value and healthy, enduring growth - that playing the infinite game - is the only thing that matters to your business.

Seeing its wisdom to plan and harness today, letting tomorrow determine its self. NOW is the acceptable time even in God’s agenda. Why worry about what will be eaten and done tomorrow?.
I am not totally saying that you should not plan or have a vision, since Hab.2:1-3 says
“And the Lord answered me ,and said, write the vision, make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it”
This implies that, there is nothing wrong in having a long time plan or agenda for one’s life or career but see what the next verse says
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; Because it will surely come”.
There is no stopping of a vision or promise from God, it is more like a covenant and you know that God is a covenant keeping father and He always has a plan for the NOW.
God wants the best for us and will surely fulfill His promise to us. However, what I will be looking forward to make you understand in this book is what to do while we wait for the fulfillment of God's promise and your Vision.
