Before reading this review it's important to be clear about the use of this product. This is not a replacement for a 'good scrubbing' once in a while. Once you get that, the expectations from this product are set correctly.

They are an excellent cleaning companion. I used to use a wet cloth to clean all the dust and it always used to give unsatisfactory results. However, this gives the best results. It cleans the shoes very well and doesn't even leave any watermark. You can also use it for cleaning tough grooves. Need to try it on suede and nubuck as well
