Sweet book with beautiful illustrations. Do note that this is the 1st book of a 2 part series. The story doesn't end completely in this book, so having the 2nd book also helps for the continuity of the story line. My kid enjoys this book and loves seeing the little girl and the unicorn.
An awesome pictorial book with a great story. I was enthralled by how good it was. It's great fun to flip through for adults; for kids interested in fantasy books, it will be a treasure. Must buy, this one along with these others: the very hungry caterpillar, lost and found, the goodnight train.
My daughter (2.5yrs) really likes this and the pictures are lovely, however it feels half finished. There isn’t really a story, it just kind of says a unicorn believed in girls and a girl believed in unicorns and one day they might meet, but it never progresses into a story. I wouldn’t have thought it’d hold the attention of anyone last 3yrs, my 4yo is certainly not interested
I bought this for my horse / unicorn mad 4yr old. She has fallen in love with it ♥️ it's beautifully illustrated and will last (I went for the board book option). My two sons love it too and it's great that the tale reflects a "strong, capable little girl". We'll definitely be ordering the next book!
Adorable, simple and unusual story which my horse/unicorn mad 5 year old loved receiving on her birthday! Make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside somi don't mind read it to her again and again and again...
