A Must Read

I'd choose to overlook even the minor difficulty I had in concentrating fully on this book. It was a great book. EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS. I went knowing nothing about the plot and it was all worth it. Yaa Gyasi traces the story of two sisters separated at birth in the most grotesque, sadly beautiful way possible. I cried at quite a few instances and I couldn't stop myself from detesting the British Government of the 18th and 19th Century because I, hailing from a country which had been a British Colony, understand the pain they had inflicted and the advantage they had taken of the ignorance of people residing in these colonies. We need more books like this!
