I really do like these books, even thought they're aimed at kids the stories and just sweet and funny. As much as my bookshelf would protest the tight squeeze, I wouldn't mind seeing how far this series goes.
The latest in the series and another cute book about Amelia Fang and her friends. In this one, her Mum and Dad are in hospital having a new baby so Amelia has to look after three caticorns for her aunt. At first they are really naughty but Amelia quickly works out why they are behaving like this and works out a good solution. Cute and fun with a sweet message.
Hi it's me again Madison!!! I just really love this book. It is just so AMAZING!!! Now I have a few questions for Laura Ellen Anderson. How long have you been an author for? How do you get so many inspirational ideas to write your stories/books? What made you to become an author in the first place? What made you choose to write a book about vampires? How long did it take you to mae this story? Did you start drawing your pictures on tissue just like Megan McDonal?
I have been buying my 9 year old granddaughter the Amelia Fang series and she absolutely loves them. I gave her this book with The Trouble with Toads and she had read them both in a couple of days when she was in isolation and had finished her schoolwork. Loves Amelia Fang so much that she has dressed up as her for Halloween and World Book Day since she started reading them a few years ago.
My daughter loves the Amelia Fang books, the hook was the matching names to start with. She’s now read all the books including this one which she only got Friday night and finished it last night, so now we wait for the next instalment!
