The package came damaged, the box was torn but the books were fine. I read this series with low expectations because people either hated or loved Cardon and there was no in between. Perhaps because of that low expectations, I ended up liking the book. I am curious as to whether Oak will inherit the throne and how Jude and Cardan's romance would develop since Jude is mortal. Even if she doesn't age in Elfhame, she will eventually have to go in the mortal world for one thing or another.
P.S I can relate to Cardan about laughing/smiling when nervous thingy. And how can he be so hot? I'm jealous.
