A brilliant introduction to yoga for the little ones in your life! I love Sarah Jane Hinder's friendly illustrations and my toddler enjoys turning to her favourite pages to act out the poses. The colours are just perfect to keep younger children interested and the hardbook format means that they can turn the pages themselves. I have also enjoyed Good Morning Yoga and Good Night Yoga, illustrated by the same author. I hope that the range increases as we are definitely fans in our house!
I loved this book. My 2 year old and 4 year old love trying the poses and they can do the poses on their own, as the book does provide good pictures, a nice idea for a routine and helpful information. Would recommend.
This book is great- my 2 year old really enjoys it and now asks if we can, “do the yoga book!” Each pose is represented by a different bug so it’s easy to follow. Some of the poses are easier than others, but that’s great as he is enjoying the challenge. It’s a good sturdy little book.
Love this book. It is very easy to follow and the pictures help by toddler (2 years old) to follow the positions. He loves doing them and he loves being the different bugs! It's also an easy way for him to remember the different poses.
Just received my copy of Yoga Bug and cannot wait to use it in my toddler yoga class. The book is a lovely size for little ones, the posses are fun and simple to follow and the illustrations are truly beautiful. Very very impressed.
