This is the second version which is updated and expanded edition. My first edition copy was stolen and never returned by some elder in family. A must have, must gift at wedding. Following the principles listed in book has helped me get out of debt, build a emergency corpus, stay away from slavery (as a salaried employee) and work towards building corpus for retirement. Remember there is no loan given for retirement and everyone has to face multiple temporary loss of pay during our earning years before finally we are no longer employable. Please buy this and start implementation and preparing ourselves to the retirement time all the youth of this proud Nation need to face in coming decades. As for me, ordered multiple copies this time and will be happy for the young earner to share.
