Blurb: The blurb portion of the book is written broadly while giving a clear idea about the plot and keeping the storyline under the cover. It is sufficient revealing and that’s why I consider this good and apt.
Cover: The front cover of the book is interesting & catchy one I can say. Though it could have been better, but as per the base plot of the book, the way it is designed, can surely be termed as ‘justified’.
Title: The title of the book is good and highly inspiring I must say. It goes with the theme of the story perfectly. Hence I consider it appropriate for the book.
Language & narration: Language of the book is simple and lucid enough to comprehend. There are quite a few places where, the choice of classic words has impressed me often. The story is in 3rd person narrative and the narrating style of the author kept the charm of the book intact till the end. By continuing a plain and simple flow, descriptive narration of the events made the story more connecting to the reader.
Plot: This plot has all sorts of elements present, that is needed to develop an inspirational and love story full of motivation. Be it in any aspect, whether it is friendship or family love, it covered every zone and perfectly woven. The main plot is consists of several sub plots too that added cherishing flavor to the story I must say. I will add that there were some places where the plot seemed a bit cliché; it could have been avoided, but overall it is good undoubtedly.
Setting: Setting of the story is in Bangalore & Chennai.
Characterization: Crystal clear characterization is can be considered as one of the strengths of the book. Each and every character (be it the protagonists or any other supporting) is portrayed visibly clear and all of them are justified to their respective roles till the end. Names of the characters mentioned in the book are- Samaira Ranjan aka Sami, Ashish, Ram, Pariti, Sharmi, Pooja, Vivian Andhera aka Viv, Mr. Sadana, Raghu, Radha, Kushi Vastav, Mr. Ravi, Mr. Vadra, Preeti, Shreya, Praveen, Amar, Dinesh, Guna, Anu, Lakshmi Antie, Vijay, Gauri Andhera, Amitesh Andhera, Pavi, Kavita Ma, Arpit, Baijan, Chitra, Mr. Dasgupta, Bala, Shiv, Laila.

Story in a nutshell: The story revolves around the lives of two persons and people their surroundings. They are- Samaira and Vivian. Here we go-
Samaira was a girl with full of enthusiasm and life. She was not just only the head turner during her college times, but her charming and jolly personality made her adorable and popular in every aspect once. Singing was in her soul and she used to live music through her. Life was quite fare to her till a certain point. But the scenario started to change after his marriage. At a very young age, she faced the cruel side of life through her husband and mother-in-law. After inexplicable humiliations and insult, when she finally was able to get the divorce and thought that life couldn’t be more pathetic, right that moment life threw a much harder stone at her, that was beyond her wildest dreams. Life snatched her parents and brother and made ‘society’ think that she is responsible for that.
After losing everything and every single reason to live, when she was completely scattered and broken into pieces from inside out, right that moment, Vivian crossed her path. Vivian was one of the most successful businessman and entrepreneur and the boss of the company ‘Creative Tanks’ aka CT. He was ambitious, determined and he was that type of Man that every girl dreams of. His handsome look, sharp business sense, achieving will, gentle and caring nature and focused behavior and huge success at an early stage made him the most lovable and attractive personality in his surroundings. Vivian had fallen head over hills for Samaira on their first meeting, and it was definitely love at first sight from his side. Destiny brought them together when Samaira joined CT in Ideas Dept of Marketing. In spite of being in Boss-Employee relationship, there was much deeper bonding between them.
Vivian already casted his dynamic magic over her and she started realizing it too. But she made herself realize that love was not her cup of tea. Her experience with love already did cost her enough and she won’t allow it to affect her anymore. That’s why she made it very clear to him that she has only friendship to offer him, nothing more than that…
But she was not the Samaira she used to be once, and Vivian wanted to break her shell and brought back the old carefree Samira. He wanted to wipe away all her tears and give her all the happiness and love she deserved. Eventually Samira got to know such a truth about Vivian’s past that shook her to the core...
What is awaiting their destiny? What was the truth about Vivian’s past that Samaira discovered? Was that the end of the pain that life had to offer or destiny has something else in store for them? Will Vivian be successful to give her the life she meant to get? Will he be able to break her shells and bring her back? Will she ever accept her true feelings about him? Will they ever be able to stay together? To get these answers and to know the rest of the story, grab your copy of the book now and dive in.
My Verdict: Authoress Saranya Umakanthan has penned down a touching and inspirational lovely journey indeed. Mixed emotions overpowered me while reading. Smile & tears, it can bring both to the reader’s face and I am sure it will. Life is not a cakewalk for everyone every time; it can’t be. Life has a tendency to throw stones to us when we least expected to, because it wants to see how strong we are. There can be any kind of pain, struggle, loss, sacrifice, and life can make us face anything; it is all about whether we let ourselves down and quit or face them and overcome everything. To achieve something, first we have to believe that we can. God never gives us such pain that we won’t be able to handle. All we need a little push to see beyond the wall and think positively. Love is the most beautiful feeling ever created by God in this world and true love can conquer anything. God never promised us an easy journey but only a safe arrival. True love is worth waiting for and any sacrifices.
The pain, struggle, inner fights, dilemma, friendship, genuine bonding, pure and innocent soulful love, care, affection, family love and value, smile, laugh, ambitions, dreams, possessiveness, jealousy, maturity, sacrifice, joy, supportive nature and phases of being in love- each and every thing mentioned above and every shade of emotions are evidently clear in every line of this story from beginning till the end. Each chapter is started with some line of anecdotes from the author and that concludes a very significant message for every chapter. Non- English words are pointed, written in italic fonts and meanings are given at the page end, separately. I cherished reading this book overall certainly.
At the end of the day, we have to believe that we can, only then we will and of course we must…
Recommendation: I’d like to recommend this lovely book to every avid reader & to every love reader, romance lover, and to the people who loves to read motivational journeys. It is definitely an inspiring one for them. Thank you.
