Like all the books of this series, this one too is very good. I'd suggest you read the first one so that you know what's going on. Anyways, this time young Artemis wants to rescue his missing father from the Russian Mafia, even though Artemis Fowl Sr. has been officially declared dead. But young Artemis is not alone-he has his fairy allies Holly Short, Mulch Diggums and Julius Root, and most importantly Butler on his side. This is a must-buy with a thrilling climax for everyone who is above seven years of age.
