This series (3 in total) is a great collection from the Martha Stewart Living magazines "Everyday Living" publivation which is unfortunately no longer in circulation. The book contains easy to follow recipes using fresh ingredients. Great flavour combinations.
This is a must have cookbook. The recipes are short and to the point, can be put together quickly (including weeknights), are delicious and special enough for easy entertaining. The one page format with gorgeous pictures is inspiring, and because the ingredients are few and generally easily available--you just do it. Plus there's great variety in the recipes with enough twists on the familiar to keep everyone happy (including a fancy pants flourless chocolate cake when you want to effortlessly impress). When I don't know what to make for dinner this week, this is where I start.
ok so I know you're thinking this is just another cookbook right? no its really not, I have been using this book for the last month or so, and I could always find a recipe that I don't need to go shopping for, they're simple, not too many ingredients and they actually taste good (for so many of them I was like that's it? can't taste good...but I was way wrong) they are also quick, for a busy mom of 2 who wants to eat healthy this one's great when you're short on time (which is like always) and there are some pretty kid friendly things in there too. try it, you wont be wasting your money
Me subscribí a la edición digital de el magazine everyday food y me encantaba, los libros me han gustado menos, muchas recetas no son de mi agrado, eso si, todas llevan foto y están muy bien explicadas.
