If you want to quit smoking, you need to be in particular state of mind. This book hepled me to get into that state of mind. I started reading this book 2-3 daays after quitting (cold turkey) those initial 2-3 days, i was craving for hundreds of times in a day. But as I kept reading this book, my cravings got minimized and finally I stopped craving for cigarettes.
If you want to get help from this book, read it carefully and not just as some formality.
