Got Bait & Swapped, South-SE Asian Version Not Part of This Listing, Still Check Seller Too

Ftr, despite the fact there's a disclaimer regarding "some of these items cover have UAE/MIDEAST/ASIA logo [...] same as shown and described in the listing and work perfectly with US Region / NTSC-U Nintendo 3DS" is not only a blatant lie--since it's the wrong console, ALTHOUGH it WILL work on the original Wii and not just the Wii U only because the disc itself literally is the exact same Region One disc, same as the U.S. uses--it is NOT a valid listing for a number of reasons, but I'll go for the obvious and most direct.
(1) It was made for distribution, sale and use in the countries listed on the cover. It even says so on the case, in permanent, unwashable ink under the plastic film cover. Unless the copy has been mutilated or forged, and I have not idea why anyone would want to do so, it is clear what countries, not encoding region, this is intended for and not supposed to be used in other areas.
(2) Legally speaking, selling people software to be used out of area when, in the fine print under terms of service of use of the hardware itself, you've already signed to use in a certain way, you are legally required to do so, means you are in violation of said terms. Amazon will never ask you to illegally buy software or ask you to participate in illegal operation of said software.
(3) There are multiple listing of this software, for various regions, and various countries. It should follow that the "World Edition"--no, this is not what Nintendo calls it, but it's what a lot of weirdos around the world started calling it for no sane reason, and it seems to have stuck, which is even more strange considering that Mandarin is the most prevalent language in the world, but whatever--would be the main listing this copy should be listed under. More importantly, what other reason would people have to list the exact same product under two listing, but with two different product pictures, unless the purpose was to mislead buyers? Each one goes in its own listing.
Anyway, you can see where this is going. Until this goes down or sellers start posting the right stuff, I'm gonna keep sending this review. Heck, the seller that sent me the "World Edition" of Skyward Sword, Hiromi Enterprise Corp, just put another copy up for sale, even though I haven't been able to get back to the UPS store yet. (As soon as I can, I don't have a car, so I myself am working on charity a bit here.) I can't imagine it being any different than what they just sent me.
"For sale and use in Singapore, Malaysia, UAE and Saudi Arabia." It doesn't get any clearer than that. Glancing at other listings, I think I'll just be trying again elsewhere. I'm getting real sick of this kind of treatment anyway.
