I would recommend this book to all those who love rick Riordans books in general. I also think all those who love historic gods or action packed books or even a short crossover very once in a while. I gave this book a four because I didn't really think his best language features or descriptions came out in this. Even though it is only short I feel he could have made a better effort to try and add a little description. But, although it's mishaps, this book was still very good and its plotline meandered through different worlds creating a brilliant story in my opinion.
Personally I love Any books by Rick Riordan. The detail captures imagination I didn't even know I had. I can honestly say that this COULD have been one of my favourite books that he has written but it was too short. My favourite characters were meeting but only to momentarily. It only took me twenty minutes to finish and I'm not the fastest reader in the word!
My daughter was desperate for something Percy Jackson esque. Although PJ is not in this one it does centre around Annabeth and has a crossover between PJ and Kane Chronicles. It is not long and only entertained for an hour but it was a few pounds well spent.
If you like the world of Percy Jackson and the world of Carter and Sadie then this book is right for you. If you thought the Percy/Carter crossover was great than this story is a must read. Annabeth and Sadie must battle together when Greek and Egyptian seem closer than ever. maybe even one in the same.
