Just when you think things can’t get any hotter, they do. Just when you think things can’t get any more dramatic, they do. Stacy Reid has written a book that will suck you in, twist you around, and spit you out, exhausted but fulfilled, at the end. I would recommend Miss Peppiwell to anyone who likes a really strong heroine who’s not afraid to push the boundaries of convention.
This was a brilliant read! I couldn't put it down - had to keep reading to find out what happened next. I loved the development of all the characters and all the scandalous events that took place. It was well written and very smooth . I wish there was more on the Orwell character and also what happened with Constance. Apart from that I loved. Can't wait for the next one!!!!
I enjoyed the first book in this series and was expecting another in a similar vein, but OMG !!!!! It's not just naughty its very HOT. Word of warning if you are used to a chaste kiss, or even a sexy romp, be aware this goes a lot further, more 50 shades........Loved it.
Stacy Reid keeps you interested from start to finish and I will happily look at more books from her. There was good dialogue and the characters felt like they meshed well. I would recommend this book to others
Absolutely amazing read! Society be damn! This couple are unique and utterly meant for each other. I truly enjoyed reading every single characters and can't wait to read more about them in the next series!
This is actually book 1 I think because it starts off the whole plot for " The Duke's Shotgun Wedding " with Anthony. I liked this novella because it was so real with the silliness of the era where people who were considered very high instep could be disowned over a rumor because of their birth -although there are foolish people still today who are very judgmental as if a child is responsible. There was a lot of sex in this story - I thought the storyline could have carried itself without the subplot of Anthony's so called deviant sexual appetite.
