Amazon calculates a product's star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
The minus two rating is only because they delivered "creamy" instead of "crunchy". Though the delivery was a little fast. But I can't even replace it, since I opened my jar and realised it. Amazon please make a note of this, and don't do this to me. Sob Sob.
As for the product, it's great, but not the creamy version, it's too buttery for my taste, as for the crunchy versions I love it! It's good to go with all kinds of jams, and the crunchyness not only subsides the buttery texture but actually blends with it well.
