To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This is just Spy the Lie, which I much enjoyed, rehashed from the viewpoint of the interviewer. Yes, these folks are good, and they convinced me to buy essentially the same book twice. Same stories. I liked the stories the first time. But I have heard them. So now I just feel cheated, like their car salesman example. They are the car salesmen, and I am the victim. Gee, thanks!
Okay, so I'm reading along and trying to digest how a laymen could incorporate some of the techniques described by the author. I happen to look down in the lower left corner of the page I'm reading and see I've read 59% of the book. I turn the page to continue and come to this page seeking a review. I'm a little disappointed at the brevity of the book. Could I get a 41% refund?
