I grabbed this book solely for the purpose of starting to have smoothies as a breakfast. What better way of starting the day than a big jug of green smoothie right? It's not the most delicious breakfast but it certainly is the healthy one. And this book came across as a good resource so grabbed I copy and it hasn't disappointed me so far.
Deary me I ordered this book thinking there would be some quick easy smoothies but on receiving the book and looking at the recipes I think I would be bankrupt if I had to buy the things in the recipes and have a lot of time to make each one I have returned this item! If you want quick and easy and affordable this book is not for you!
