Ghost stories were never this enjoyable!

I have long been a Ruskin Bond fan, but just as I thought that I had read all the genres that the author had to offer, along came the horror suspense stories! This book is a collection of excerpts from accounts of Englishmen who, in the course of colonialism, came to call India their home. But of course, to live in their new home, they had to be more than aware of the spiritual beliefs of the natives... And it is this aspect, or lack thereof, that forms the base for many of these stories. The stories are all narrated very unassumingly, letting the reader decide how to interpret each event. All in all, a must-read!
