Title: A Broken Man.
Author: Akash Verma.
In the book, a protagonist Krishna kumar a village boy. Basically this story is based on casteism in Indian society.
Krishna belong in a lower caste family due to his college days he fall in love with a Brahmin girl Chavvi. Chavvi used to support a strong action so she involved in a social activist because of her father he was a politician.
Whereas Krishna a true ambitious boy but he face a lot difficulties for being a lower caste.
Times such as these are very difficult. Our society still faces the same kind of problems that it was facing maybe a century. The discrimination based on caste, creed, one's religious beliefs are on a rise, more so!
The plot of this novel is quite interesting as both the characters Chavvi and Krishna have contrasting personalities.
The story contains some interesting turn of events to keep you on the edge and not making a story predictable one.
Overall, an emotional read.
