To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This is a great book. It can be a little hard to navigate the kindle version. But they have a great variety of smoothies. I purchased this because I was getting my tonsils taken out, and I had hoped to utilize these recipes. However most of these recipes that I saw had ingredients I couldn't use while recovering (milk, acidic juices or fruits, or items with small seeds). I was also hoping for some peanut butter or chocolate smoothie recipes, which can be healthy when made with the right ingredients, but sadly I do not think there were any.
