This book is brilliant I only brought my soup maker the other day and brought this recipe book the day after and made my first batch of soup yesterday. This book is so easy to follow and I went and made potato parsnip & leek soup and it was fabulous so tasty and a good way to eat more healthy knowing everything I used is fresh and free from artificial colourings . As I’m trying to lose weight and eat more healthy this book is a great help to me as long as I follow these clear instructions then all should be good every recipe shows the calories which is also good to know. My overall opinion of this book is brilliant and even a complete novice like me can achieve great tasting healthy soups very happy.
About to use it - have read through the recipes and some really lovely ones to choose from. My main reason for buying this particular book is it relates to the soup making machine that I already had, so for me ideal. No pictures, but good clear instructions with no fancy ingredients that I hadnt heard of or wouldnt be able to purchase. Recommend.
Bought this soup book to go with my Morphy Richards soup maker and so far have been soup_er impressed with the range of soups . Tried a few and they are really tasty . Very easy to make . Would definitely recommend this book .
Interesting recipe book with some unusual soup suggestions I wouldn’t even have thought off like carrot and orange, pear and parsnip etc. Tried the cauliflower cheese soup which was quite nice so I am looking forward to experimenting with some of the other recipes. There are basic recipes they are not all strange like potato and leeks, tomato and basil, carrot and basil etc. I bought this as have one of the Morphy Richards soup makers, though doesn’t always measure in weight like the recipes in instruction book recipe ie small onion as opposed to weight.
I bought the kindle edition as I wanted instant download. I am so impressed with this book that I am going to order the printed version for ease of use. I have made several of the soups and they work perfectly in my soup maker.
