This is a great book of recipes to have. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would have liked for the author to explain why certain ingredients were chosen for each recipe. For instance, is this face mask for someone with oily skin, or is that body scrub good for aging skin, etc. This book is better suited for someone who is already knowledgeable of the benefits of certain herbs or someone like me who has a few books on herbs to refer to. But overall, this is a good collection of recipes to have on hand.
