Great content but unfortunately the binding and print quality is very poor. Some of the pages are heavily creased and the print blurry. Very disappointed as I purchased this for a Christmas gift and it is now unlikely I will resolve prior to Christmas.

This is a lovely book of Indian Street food sorted by region and has a lot of varied and interesting recipes. The book is beautiful with some lovely photographs of India. However a lot of the recipes are more useful as side dishes to serve alongside an Indian meal, maybe to make and take to a party, or have as lunch snacks if you have a bit of spare time to shop and cook beforehand, rather than actual meals. They are quite complicated , often requiring a large number of spices and a bit of preparation, so although I have had this book a couple of months but not really used it.
