To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I was under the impression i was purchasing a text on the theory and practice of Mindfullness...rather, this was more of an end-result of studies conducted for the business-model reader. Relatable to corporate culture verses the individual who wants to know more about the practice and benefits of Mindfully living.
I got to the end of the « book » and thought I had read a sample - I have read very good books from 2 contributors - Langer & Goleman but their articles here are just a few pages and very meagre in content - HBR has over leveraged its brand with this publication.
