I ordered this item on September 10, 2019, & received it the very next day. The product I received was in excellent packaging & brand new condition. I ordered it for a specific purpose ( I had plans to travel abroad on October 1, 2019) else I am using a Graco stroller & I am very much satisfied with it. So I didn't assembled it till September 30, 2019, & used it for the very first time on October 1, 2019.
But as soon as I used it I realised that there is some issue either with the product or its assembling. It was shaking/bubbling badly while moving, even if my kid was not seated on it. As I was at the airport at that very moment I didn't re-assembled it over there & tried doing when I reached my destination. But it was no use its movement didn't improve even then.
It has been a useless buy for me & extra baggage for me on my vacations. I had to lift up my kid all the time on the vacations which needed a lot of walk during the day.
