I have been burdened with an overactive sweet tooth ever since I was a child. I simply can't get enough of those sugary substances and would gladly forgo the salads and main entree if I could just head straight to dessert.
Needless to say, this doesn't do any favors for my waistline or my energy levels so I have been looking for ways to both have my cake and eat it too, so to speak.
I've long been a fan of author Emma Katie's recipe books and was so thrilled to find this one dedicated to desserts. Not only are there hundreds of recipes here, but many are actually quite healthy.
Whether you are a vegan, on a gluten-free diet, or even looking for Paleo choices, there is something here for everyone. Well written as always and highly recommended.
Any reference book (especially a cook book) without a table of contents or an index is not worth my time, No thought given to organization. But I got the Kindle version and I am completely new to tablet reading. So can someone tell me: Is the Kindle version alway exactly the same as the hard copy version?
