To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Since I bought this for my partner, I was embarrassed when we started to try to decipher the recipes. Dinners on days 4 & 5 have the same ingredients & instructions for supposedly different meals, and the recipe for Dinner 2 doesn't fit the title/photo of the meal. Did nobody proof read before publication? Sounded a lot better than turned out to be, such a shame, poor quality production.
I love this book - easy instructions, beautiful photos, daily meal planner. The work involved in creating and cooking is easy enough for even me. The recipes are truly fast and easy without a ton of ingredients but still taste great. So heart healthy can still be tasty! Even for those that typically like French fries and hamburgers. I feel better too!
