This book is absolutely brilliant and I've colour coded it all to help me with day to day stress. Not only does it give you tips and advice to how to make things easier, it also explains why you might be feeling this way. For £5, it was worth every penny and it's gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to anyone suffering with stress, anxiety and even depression.
A really easy guide to gaining/developing a more mindful approach to life. A good tool for people wanting to overcome stress and anxiety/depression. Lots of helpful and encouraging tips included, and I often find I return to this book frequently for little reminders when I'm struggling for inner calm and balance. Great read for all ages/genders, I've bought one for myself and one as a gift. Would really recommend this book if you like a practical and encouraging way of approaching mindfulness.
I have read every book on spiritual and emotional intelligence and trust me this is by the far the best book out there. The structure is clear and crisp and the narrative so wise and perfect. I would not change a word in this book or express anything differently. It is simply fantastic and everybody should have a copy by their bedside to dip into.

Great self-help book on how to live mindfully in order to enhance health and wellbeing. Very engaging. Lots of exercises. A comprehensive but easy read. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
