Broken basket

The product was delivered with a broken basket and the powder had opened up and spilled over every other item.
Since this is a non returnable item, please let me know what can be done.
It's a very disappointing experience

The basket was broken, but gave me the refund and products for free

Its not really very durable, the products are good. And it is value for money. Got the basket which was broken, i made a complain and since this was a non-returnable product they refunded the money as amazon pay to me and gave me the products too. Time was wasted but they solved my problem so its okay.

Its good, although they should provide larger oil bottle and the rash cream is only good as long as the baby does not have rashes.... They hurt my boy terribly after i applied the cream once. After that... No more rash cream.... Go for boroplus instead. Accompanied by some loose powder it prevents diaper rashes amazingly.

This is a very good gift pack - the one with 9 pieces. But the pricing seems high even after the discounting.

The J&J gift pack was much nicer as it has a piece of clothing which is missing in this. But on the other side, the basket is very nice - good quality.

I trust Himalaya brand since long time. It never fails to give best. I bought this gift pack for my one month old baby. I am using this basket to store my baby daipers and cloth napkins. The basket is not as big as shown in image but u can store hankies and nappies of your child

When my baby girl born I used Johnson baby products which is not suit at all and worst nowadays then I switched to himalaya based on the reviews first I did patch test for my baby skin then I'm started using it which provides improvement in skin colour and very decent smell now top to toe I'm using Himalaya products for my girl good to go

I got it by Rs.569. Expiry date also is there for 2-3 yrs. Himalaya is a well known herbal cosmetic company. Good for babies. U can see the expiry dates on your own eyes. Today is 27-6-2020.

Over rated.. but over all its good.. u can use powder & facial Cream for three months or more... other products like lotion is getting tough to pull it out... Better buy from pharmacy what u needed separately.. can buy it as gift..
