Excellent after sales Support ny boat!!!

I purchased this car charger in Nov 2017 for Rs.700. It was all fine until 2 weeks ago when the 3.0 port stopped charging though the other port was working. Since there is 2 yrs warranty, I applied for repair under warranty via the boat website. After validating the product code, the next day boat has arranged for free pickup via some courier agency. The product reached the boat office after 3-4 days. The next day they arranged for a replacement. Thank you boat for the excellent after sales support you have provided. Also, during the time when it was sent for repair, I purchased another boat charger for 399. This is only because of the trust I have with your company!

It stopped charging just amonth after usage. I chose this car charger over cheaper ones expecting a quality product, but feel cheated. I expect Amazon to send me a free replacement since manufacturer warranty is 2 years

Was initially hesitant to buy this over the Tagg one, since this is longer and wider. Happy to say that the product looks high quality. Charging seemed quick even though I have not measured it. The free braided USB cable is amazing. Even at Rs. 599 it is an incredible deal, and it occasionally gets discounted to as low as Rs. 399. At that price, one of the most VFM products on Amazon. Back of the box confirms support for 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A 18W QuickCharge 3.0 support.

This Charger is Really Fast.( Using it on my Honda Jazz) It Works very well and does fulfill its purpose, the included cable is of a very good quality it is braided and durable.
It is compact, has an LED indicator, charges up fast as expected. Built is good too. overall no complains.

Just amazing Product (boAt Cigarette Lighter). Would recommend it for all those people who are in need of this product when they are travelling. Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 is just fabulous, it's lighting speed. It's also priced very well. Just go for it buddies. Thanks again to boAt and Amazon for providing us with such an amazing Product.

The product is falsely advertised....it isnt a quick charger.

The charging as advertised is fast, very fast. I use a USB-C cable for my OnePlus 3 and it charged it within 30 mins. The phone still shows that it isn't dash charge but the performance is same as dash charger. I also charged another phone which does not have fast charge option and it charged it fast too. From 0% to 32% in 15 minutes.

I like Boat as a brand itself. I have the boat basshead earphones, boat stone 700 Bluetooth speaker, another boat Bluetooth speaker stone 260 speakers and now this lovely boat car charger. There must be something great about this brand that I am going out to purchase their whole line up. The answer is value for money and reliability. The car charger is simply amazing. Fast charge worked really well with USB type C as I was charging poco phone with this charger in my car. Around 50 percent of the battery was charged within 30 minutes. Another example was when I charged my redmi note 4 which charged euqlly fast as it does through the wall socket using the charging brick so no change there. Lastly I have an iPhone 8 plus which again charged properly. No regrets with this brand at all. Buy it blindfolded.
P.s: I was confused between this and Mi car charger but this won my heart. Will surely win yours too. Go for it.

I am using this adaptor in my car for mobile cahrging purpose , 1. My mobile required dash charging (on plus 3 ) , for this I purchased this charger , over all performance was good
2. I checked parellel charging (both usb ) it is also good .
3.if this deal come under 380-450rs good, 500 RS also not bad, if it more than 550Rs ,please go Mi adaptor

Awsome product. Exactly same as described. Im using Samsung Note9 and it supports quick charge. The wire comes along with this is also good quality and supports fast charging. Have a small white led indicator. Have 2 usb ports in which 1 is quick charge and another is normal one. Overall good product. Highly recommended.
