Product delivered with defects & Amazon doesn't let me register a replacement request online

The oven got delivered with two issues 1. The top right portion is dented, as in damaged during transportation handling AND 2. There is a loose glass piece inside the swing door (assembly issue?).
When I tried to register a replace request, I was repeatedly being asked to speak to Amazon Tech support &/or Samsung support but my online request want getting registered.
I need a resolution quick.
