When you open the Amazon Packing, you will notice that the box inside is not sealed. Its open box. the USB Cable is not wire tied just loose inside the box (first sign of the product been used previously). The WOL 3D Ganesha Kids Pen itself is open floating in the box. When we switched on, the buttons did not function, after feeding filament, noticed that previous filament was still inside the pen. Very poor experience with WOL 3D.
The product does not function half of the time. Buttons are damaged and don't work always. you have to press them at least 3 - 4 times in order to extrude the filament, same to stop extruding.
WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!!!
