I just feel, the book has been corrupted for inluencing westerners by connecting things . This is "Bhagwat Gita", this book mentions krishna consciousness is same as Jesus Consciousness. River reaches ocean and then becomes ocean. River cannot be ocean by itself. I am not trying to show any one down. I am not even a speck of dust to speak about it, but felt truth has not been written in the right way. I feel content been tampered.

No words can justify the legacy of this granth...this is a life changing book and the interpretation of sri sri paramhansa yogananda ji proves him to be a sage of highest order.
I particularly find myself interested in the arjuna-krishna conversation since those lessons are for life,this book exactly quenches my thirst of providing me that part in a very convincing and efficient way

Its huge and I dont think any other commentary on Gita in modern time has gone into such depth.
Swamiji has exceptional knowledge on the subject and I have no way to quantify that. But one thing I must say, I am not sure how I would ever complete the entire book. I know Gita is not just another book and you go and read end to end, rather its a book that you would refer whenever you want for whatever reason. I think, this book would justify that never ending requirement.
The two sets of books comes with a beautiful box. Unfortunately I got a torn one and I can not use it anyway. That is the reason, I have given 4 star in stead of 5 star.
