A Must Read For Every Food Lover out there!

I have been a food lover since my childhood itself. Even as a kid, I have always fancied trying out different dishes to get my taste buds a little excited. Thus, when I came across the book Dare Eat That: A Guide to Bizarre Foods from Around the World by Divya Anand, my heart simply rejoiced with joy! I practically live on travel and food shows. This book was truly a heaven for me and gave me so much inspiration to venture out and try visiting newer places and hogging onto different cuisines. The book revolves around Divya Anand and her husband Vivek Anand’s quest to indulge in as many different species and cuisines as possible.
A quote from the book that inspired me beyond just giving it a read-
“There are people who travel to eat and people who travel for adventure. And then there are those who travel to eat adventurously.”
Be it spiders, eggs, ants, or seahorses, all those things that I have always wanted to try out in completely bizarre and fascinating cooking styles are described in the book. The way the book is sectioned as per the regions is brilliant. For any foodie out there who would love to explore the world in terms of exotic food, this book is the perfect guide! Undoubtedly, a must-read!
