This book is not strictly a to do list but it lays down strong foundational principles that can be followed by anyone who is wanting to build a career in a company as on employee or entrepreneur.
It has some interesting anecdotes from swamiji's own life which make it clear that he speaks from personal experience. I liked this book very much.
It left me with an inspiration as to what kind of employee I should become, following the advices isn't easy though as it requires a lot of hardwork and dedication.
It is a mix of autobiography, Business and Mental health book and is a nice read overall.

Waited till midnight of oct 2nd for this book to release and started right away.

Swamiji writes in his beautiful way filled with wisdom, love and knowledge. Many good stories from his own experience always followed by deep wisdom. It was really a treat to visualise little 6 year old swami getting his first sale and spending his money with his Happy little friend named Happy.
Totally loved the SACRED principle. Loved the chapters on "building competence." Reality hit me hard when i read Intention vs skill chapter. And "Lift the game" chapter was a different ball game altogether.
Swamiji starts with a promise that, "After you finish reading this book, you will be better equipped to succeed in life as well as handle the responsibility that comes with success."

Well i can say that, anyone with a vision in their heart, will surely love and benefit from this book. You will find yourself nodding your head in agreement through every chapter and the new perspective and clarity it provides.
I will finish with a quote from 'Lift the game chapter.' that will remain with me forever.
"Lift the game, my friend. Don't take it personally and lift the game at every opportunity. That's the only approach worth taking." ~os
And what swamiji did to lift the game, turn the tables around and earn more than millions of dollar? Do check out this book for that

1/ There are several books out there that speak about knocking it out of the park or build the narrative from a billionaire's perspective. This is a rare read that appeals to both MSMEs / new entrepreneurs and established businesses, making it resonate with a wider audience

2/ Real-life examples are more authentic - a number of stories and case studies are from Swamiji's own experiences running his software business, and the candor and clarity that come through make them more believable

3/ What helped me is to keep a google doc and play out some questions/negotiations my business is going through, incorporating elements from the book. In particular, the case study around Swamiji's protracted negotiations for a search product with the Australian government was helpful for the valuable negotiation nuggets and life wisdom embedded therein

4/ One feedback: Would love for the book to have a punchier title and a cleaner design! That would speak more to the author's clean and punchy style of writing!

Yet another Masterpiece from 'The Master' writer.
So simple like all HIS books and yet so profound the Wisdom. Since all of Swamiji's books (apart from the fiction one - The Last Gambit, again a great novel) come from HIS own experience, they invariably carry ‘Truth’ (and nothing but The Truth!) which the reader finds immediate connect with.
The Heart of Success is a book that can potentially be finished in one reading but the learning and wisdom that it imparts lasting perhaps Lifetime(s).
Yes, I have had many interactions with Swamiji, yes, I am making efforts to follow HIS teaching for many years now (failing many times!), and yet, for people who have not met, read HIS books or interacted with HIM, I would only say - go ahead and buy this book and you would never regret.
Of course, it is a biased view for sure, but don’t tell me that biased view cannot be the right view as well - right? :-)

An altogether different styled book on success than already in the market. In my opinion, what makes this book truly unique are three things -

1) It touches the right nerve by including practical and examplary learnings from Swami ji's own experiences and many other real and relatable people.

2) The nuggets of practical wisdom shared throughout the book, why this thing works and what don't work, takes the learning experience to an entirely different level.

3) At the end of the each section, relating things to Sacred Principles like A with Approach and Accounting, E with Efforts and Energy, and, D with Destiny with Determination is mind opening up experience. It also increases the joy the reading.

Lastly, what makes it truly unique is that the structure of the book is based on the holy book The Bhagwad Gita.

Thank you Swami ji for this wonderful book on Success.

Great book again by Swamiji. The one mantra I learnt from this book is - lift your game. Swamiji has given examples from his own business experience where he has repeatedly lifted his game to unbelievable heights and achieved great results. I have been doing senior corporate roles for many years and could relate to his business experiences but also admired the way he changed the game and created win from the brink. It is a no brainer to pick this book and apply the lessons to gain humungous success in your life and profession.
