A good buy for better n healthy cooking

I am writing this review after daily use of kadhai for one month.
It’s a very good quality kadhai, suitable for veg non veg both. Prefer to cook on medium heat, else food might stick or even get burn if kept on high for dry items,
Mostly I cooked gravy items all kinds of sabji n non veg, n for dry items more oil is required n sometimes a splash of water to avoid burning of food if using less oil. Even if food sticks at times, it’s very easy to clean n looks as new.
The trick is never to put Hawkins kadhaii on high heat as soon as u put on gas stove, add oil n then heat properly.
I feel happy to replace aluminum kadhai with this one.
Good enough for 4-5ppl.
Handle is sturdy.
Lid is awesome.
Cooks food faster , I have cooked chicken egg curry in 1spoon of oil
Compared to other kadhai I prefer this one coz of wooden handle also which is quiet helpful. Hawkins is Hawkins!!
