5.0 out of 5 starsFitness is as simple as just moving every day

Milind Soman has held the collective attention of India over 20 years now. I've been following him mainly due to work with Pinkathon and due to his tri-athletic feats, its fascinating to see an actor being a genuine sports person.
As the mentor of India’s biggest fitness movement for women, going beyond Milind's indisputable physicality, Made in India is a deep dive into a young Marathi boy’s journey to becoming a national level swimmer and breast stroke record holder, his transition to modelling and acting and why one needs to keep moving. For anyone “trying” to get fit, this is a fascinating and inspiring read.
Woven around Mumbai, it’s streets, clubs and waters, the book is a sharp piece of writing on the tenacity of perseverance, family bonds and the power of movement. The book reaffirms the requirement to keep pushing, keep evolving and staying real.
