Ana is just too dumb for her own good

I liked the last book with this character, and am hoping the next one is good since its seems we are stuck with Ana, but this book she is just too stupid for her own good. Gonna put this out there, if someone tricks you into becoming a slave you don't run back to them when you have a choice to go with the group that has never done anything to harm you...and in fact defended you against the ones attacking you...just because one of them watched you in a fight one time without helping. Gah!!! And one other piece of buffoonery...no, some random boot Lt is not going to be taught to make IEDs from scratch just to deploy on a UN peacekeeping mission.

I just can't even with this one. Again hope the next is better, but Ana is definitely the worst main character introduced so far. Would rather read about Otto's lady cop friend who joined the SIB, as a strong female lead, than Ana. Wish he would have just focused on Otto and Zac for Europe. At least they seem to have some basic reasoning capability.
