The Laws of Success in Sixteen lessons is a non-fiction book meant to map out ways of success. It starts of by pointing out ways to avoid aimlessness and then overcoming fear of taking risks. Napolean Hill is an author known for his non-fiction books. But this one is 760 pages long and filled with motivational paragraphs. The book just focuses upon ways to build confidence and believe in oneself. I have always believed that motivational non-fiction books can’t do much for a person. There is no straight plan towards success. Ad basically, this book reinforced my existing beliefs itself. Yet, this would be a good book for people who are struggling through tough time and looking for some guidance. But my best suggestion would be to read a few pages of this everyday for daily dose of positivity. The book won’t be able to change your life but it will bring you moments of clarity and positivity and lately, that is all one can ask for. Personally having read other books of Napolean Hill, I think the writing of this one lacked some charm. But even then it is a good enough book to be read.
