Shadows In The Night - Suny Misra
A fairly predictable story, bringing out the romance of Aambarish, and also the mental issues he dealt with.
The story actually starts with revealing the tragedy of his life. The story moves from the present to the past to tell how he lost his family, and then how he had met his wife, and all. The romance between Ambarish and Nisha, how they grew together with it and finally succeeded in becoming a family is well narrated, and rather in an interesting way.
Another theme with which the book deals is that of a very sensitive issue - mental health. The story tells us that anyone of us can be into this, and taking proper treatment is foremost important. We need to check on each of us and move accordingly if we find anyone among us behaves in a strange manner.
The narrating style must be appreciated.A simple story, but a bit engaging too. Will recommend this for anyone who is looking for a shortread this weekend.
