I am really unhappy with this cookbook. First of all, every measurement is in metric. And every ingredient must be weighed out. The oven settings are in celsius, and the pan measurements in centimeters. Her ingredients are of varying amounts, making every recipe painful to put together. I have been baking for 50 years and have a lot of experience behind me, but none of the recipes I've tried have been very successful. Most I've thrown out. I would very much like to return this cookbook if I may. I would not recommend it to US bakers until its published with US standard units. Please let me know if I can return this. I do realize that its a little past deadline, but I was waiting for the GF Dove flour from England that is used in her recipes to be shipped....Thank you
