There are not many ninja recipe books out there that use UK measurements and ingredients so this is great for that. I've used this book many times since getting a ninja foodie and it's really helpful. It starts with very basic techniques and works it way up to snacks, side dishes, everyday meals, soups, dips and puddings with plenty of variation. It's all clearly explained for newbie ninja owner and nothing in the book seems daunting, yet you still get great results. I'll be getting a lot of use out of it.
Having only recently bought a Ninja Multi cooker, thought this would be a help during my early steps. It certainly has been. Some lovely recipes, and slowly starting to work through them. Great introduction to the workings of the multicooker, and then step by step guides for each recipe. Got the Kindle version, and looking forward to more fun in the kitchen.
I don't know but most recipes when it come to meat and fish it's cooking time is set for frozen meat or fish, would have been nice to set time for fresh meat and fish. Tryed to cook hardboiled egg recipe, what a disappointment, they become try and yolk just cumble and no taste. I would say it's ok as a Ninja cookbook for dummies, to try out the different things one can do with the Ninja Foodi 7-in-1.
The perfect companion for the Ninja Foodi. No strange or hard to find ingredients yet it is still a rather worldly cookbook. Instructions are perfectly laid out and there's some good general knowledge on the Ninja Foodi imparted.
