I have read this author’s work so I had to pick it up. Plus cafe word gives us a cozy little, warm feeling. So this title and cover tempted me. I will briefly summarise the blurb. There are three friends. Shankar, Javed and Arjun, the protagonist. Shankar is the tallest one, Javed’s father had a business, a Biryani shop. That was their source of income. They all belonged to lower middle class family. He was doing B.com and his father wanted him to join a job but his goal was to do a business. They all lived in Rampur. One day Shankar had an idea about a business that can work for all three of them, “a coffee shop”. But the real struggles started from that point. They had no money and everyone didn’t believe in them. Then a girl came into their life and everything started changing. Karishma was a great support in many things. Their work started and finally they established first coffee shop in Rampur. But is this it? Opening a business is a different thing and running it smoothly is a different. Read the book to unfold further plot. I liked the story. It’s unique. There is little bit of romance to in it. The language of book is licid that way everyone can pick it up. There are no major plot twists except one or two. Overall story flowed smoothly but it had constant grip on me. The narration style of the author is captivating. It’s a good and light read.
