Does what it's supposed to do without any fuzz. You will see your max rep go up slightly as soon as loading phase is over.
For loading phase it's recommended to take 4×{0.03×bodyweight}g for for first 4-7days, after that take (0.03×bodyweight)g for maintenance. Its advisable to take a break for a month or two after 3 months of use.
Your bodyweight may go up by 1-2kg at the beginning due to increased water retention in muscles and it goes down as soon as you are off creatine, but the muscle mass gained during cycle period is retained.
